Ingredients:
Sourdough bread
Cottage cheese
Sandwich/ smoked/ shoulder ham
Tomato, sliced
Salt and Pepper
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. extra smooth mayonnaise
Method:
Arrange your sourdough slices on a baking tray.
Spread each slice with cottage cheese, then add your choice of sandwich/ smoked or shoulder ham, followed by slices of tomato and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix 1 cup of white cheddar cheese with 2 Tbsp. of extra smooth/ creamy mayonnaise. Add this mixture on top of the tomato on each slice.
Grill for 15 minutes at 180 degrees or until the cheese is melted.
