PARMA HAM AND GARLIC BUTTER PASTA

Ingredients:

250g Cooked spaghetti
Olive oil and 2 Tbsp. butter for cooking
2 thinly sliced pickled onions
2 Tbsp. garlic
1 punnet mini plum tomatoes
1 punnet sliced brown mushrooms
Chopped Parma ham pieces
100ml Chenin Blanc
Salt and pepper

Method:

Add the olive oil, butter and add the onions, fry until the onions are glassy and then add the garlic, tomatoes and brown mushrooms and fry until it is cooked.  Add the ham, wine and salt and pepper to taste.

Add the above to the cooked spaghetti and serve!
