Ingredients:
2 x Naan bread
2 x pickled onions, finely sliced
½ a punnet of button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Extra creamy mayonnaise
1 packet of Cervelat salami slices
Mini Italian tomatoes, halved
Feta
Rocket leaves for garnish
Method:
Fry the onions in a pan with the butter, then add the garlic and shortly after the mushrooms, until cooked through. (Add salt and pepper to taste) Set aside.
Spread the mayonnaise on the naan bread, add the mushroom mixture and spread it out. Add salami slices, mini Italian tomatoes and sprinkle with feta.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
Garnish with rocket leaves.
