BACON AND CHEESE DIP

Ingredients:

250ml sour cream
230g cream cheese
200g West Peak Meats bacon pieces
1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic
10g chopped chives
1 wheel feta

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients except for the feta. Scoop the mixture into a prepared oven dish and sprinkle with feta.  Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with crispy baguette slices and crackers.
