ROLLED TORTILLAS WITH GYPSY HAM AND CHEESE

Ingredients:
4 large whole wheat wraps
100g tomato paste
1 tsp. origanum
100g medium-fat hard cheese,  grated
West Peak Meats gypsy ham slices
Cream cheese dip spring onion flavour
Mature cheddar grated

Method:
Mix the tomato paste, origanum and medium-fat cheese together.  Spread evenly over the wraps. Then spread the cream cheese dip over it and cover it with a layer of gypsy ham.  Roll each wrap up tightly and cut it into pieces that will stand up next to each other in the air fryer.

Place the rolled pieces into the air fryer, sprinkle with olive oil and origanum.  Add the grated cheddar cheese and Air fry at 200 degrees for 10- 12 min until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.

Serve with salsa and cream cheese dip, spring onion flavour.

(Salsa – tomato, red onion, rocket leaves and avo.  Sprinkled with white wine vinegar.)

Side note: In the air fryer in less than 15 minutes.  (You can also bake this if you do not have an air fryer)
