AIR FRYER BABY POTATOES, BUTTERNUT AND BACON

Ingredients:
Uncooked baby potatoes
Raw butternut cubes
Olive oil
Smokey salt
Black pepper
Italian herbs
1 pack West Peak Meats bacon pieces – cooked (fry or air fry)
Garnish with medium-fat hard cheese, grated finely
Serve with a dollop of cream cheese chives dip

Pierce a few holes in the potatoes with a fork and place it in the air fryer.  Add the butternut and drizzle everything with olive oil, and season with smokey salt, black pepper and Italian herbs. Air fry for 25 minutes at 200 degrees, then remove the basked containing the veg, give it a good shake and air fry for another 20 minutes.

Once the potatoes are soft and the butternut is roasted, remove it from the air fryer and place it into a serving bowl, add the cooked bacon, and sprinkle the grated cheese.

Serve with the cream cheese chives dip
