Ingredients:
1x fresh sourdough bread
1x camembert, sliced
Chilli jam
1x pack of West Peak Meats bacon pieces, cooked fully
Dried mixed herbs
Olive oil
Method:
Score a Sourdough loaf in a crisscross pattern. Insert camembert slices, spoon chilli jam, and add cooked West Peak Meats bacon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried mixed herbs. Bake covered (in a bread pot with lid or use foil) at 200°C for 15 – 20 minutes. Then bake uncovered to crisp for another 5 – 10 minutes.
