Ingredients:
1x 400g puff pastry roll
1x 250 cultured cream/ creme fraiche
Sweet chilli sauce
2x packs of West Peak Meats Peppered ham slices
Fresh chives, finely chopped
1x cup cheddar cheese, grated
Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle before serving
Method:
Spread crème fraiche and a touch of sweet chili sauce on puff pastry. Layer with West Peak Meats Pepper ham, chives and cheddar cheese. Roll up from the side and cut into two halves. Make small cuts along each side about 2cm apart from bottom to top. Egg wash and bake at 200°C for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown and sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
