Ingredients:
1 pack of West Peak Meats traditional pork sausages
1 pack of West Peak Meats streaky bacon
Cream cheese and freshly chopped basil OR Cheddar cheese and chopped fresh chives
Olive oil for cooking
Method:
Cut the pork sausage open in half, making sure not to cut through completely.
Add the cheese and herbs of your choice, then carefully wrap the sausage in bacon.
Place the prepared sausages on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Serve these delectable delights with a side of veggies, salad, or fries.
