Ingredients:
Whole rings of 2 onions
1 x pack of West Peak Meats streaky bacon
Cajun Spice
Method:
Take the onion rings and wrap them in a layer of streaky bacon. Sprinkle with a Cajun spice and secure with toothpicks. Pop these onto a braai grid over medium heat. Serve once the bacon is cooked and remember to remove the toothpicks.
