Ingredients:
Toothpicks
1 pack of West Peak Meats Cooked salami slices
1 pack of West Peak Meats Gypsy ham
Danish feta, Gouda or cheddar cheese (cut into star shapes using a small cookie cutter)
1 punnet of fresh rosemary
Olives
Sweet chili sauce
Grapes for garnish
Instructions for Salami Christmas Trees:
Take fresh rosemary, cut 6cm pieces and remove the leaves, leaving only the bottom leaves to form the tree’s “base”.
Fold each slice of salami in half, then into a quarters. Press and stick 3 folded pieces onto a toothpick to create a tree shape. Use a small cookie cutter to cut a star shape from your cheese and place it on top of the toothpick to complete the Christmas tree.
Instructions for Ham skewers:
Fold each slice of gypsy ham in half lengthwise and fold each half into a square shape. Stick the folded ham onto a toothpick, followed by a square of cheese and an olive.
Drizzle sweet chilli sauce over the assembled skewers.
Arrange your salami trees, ham skewers and grapes on a serving plate. Add cheese slices, crackers or salami roses for extra flair and variety. The more colourful, the better!
