Airfryer Recipe!
Ingredients:
West Peak Meats Gammon steaks
Flour tortillas
Nduja paste with Italian pork and Calabrian chilli (on the spicy side)
Garlic
Cream cheese (chive flavour)
Spring onions, thinly sliced
Tomato, thinly sliced
Spinach leaves, cut thinly (optional)
Feta cheese
Mature Gouda, grated
Method:
Start by placing your West Peak Meats Gammon steaks in the Airfryer and cook for a few minutes on each side until done.
Take one tortilla and spread it with cream cheese and Nduja paste. Sprinkle with spring onions. On one half of the tortilla, layer the cooked gammon steak pieces (cut in slices), tomato slices, feta and gouda cheese. Fold the tortilla over the filling and press the edges down to seal.
Place it in the Air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until toasted and the cheese has melted.
Serve with a dollop of cream cheese and garnish with spring onions.
