Ingredients:
Large white flour tortillas
Tomato sauce
Dried mixed herbs
120g West Peak Meats Cooked salami (cut in pieces)
1 – 2 cups of grated cheddar
Method:
Spread 1 – 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce on a tortilla and sprinkle dried herbs. Add the cooked salami and grated cheese.
Top the filled tortilla with another tortilla. Add a small piece of butter to a non-stick pan and add your quesadilla allow to brown, flip over (or use a plate) and tan the other side too.
Once the cheese has melted, remove from the pan and cut into slices and serve with carrots, cucumber and cocktail tomatoes or avocado pieces and salad bits.
