COCKTAIL CHEESE GRILLER SAUSAGES WRAPPED IN BACON WITH HONEY AND SOYA SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 x pack of West Peak Meats Prime cut bacon
1 x West Peak Meats cheese griller cocktail sausages (there is about 18 sausages in a pack)

For the honey and soya sauce:
1 Tbsp. honey
pinch of Nori salt
2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
3 Tbsp. Sweet chilli sauce
pepper to taste.

Method:
Take a piece of bacon and cut it in half length-way and then in half again, do these with each slice. Wrap the sausages in a piece of the bacon and place it on a prepared ovenproof tray or on a braai grid over medium heat.

Prepare a honey and soya sauce mixture.

Brush the sauce over the sausages and bake/ braai. Turn halfway through cooking and brush with the remaining sauce and continue baking/ braai until it is fully cooked and the bacon tanned.
