Ingredients:
- 1 pack of 4 Chicken fillets
- 1 egg mixed with a dash of milk
- 1 cup of flour with 2 Tbsp. of West Peak Meats Braai spice
- 1 pack of broccoli and cauliflower florets mixed
- ½ a cup of white wine
- 1 cup of cheese sauce (Make your own white sauce and add one handful of grated cheddar cheese)
Method
Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets, dip each fillet in the egg mix and then into the flour mix. Place the coated chicken fillets into a warm pan lined with olive oil over medium heat. Fry until the fillets are cooked through. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets, add ½ a cup of white wine and allow simmering until the veg are cooked but still slightly crunchy. Pour over with the cheese sauce and let it simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
For the Crispy bacon sprinkles you will need
- One pack of West Peak Meats Bacon Pieces
- Olive oil
Method
Separate the bacon pieces and place it into the air fryer, drizzle with olive oil and air fry at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, then toss the pieces to ensure it is air fried evenly and proceed with another 10 minutes or until the bacon pieces are crispy and to your desire.
Sprinkle the crispy bacon pieces onto the Chicken dish and serve!
