Ingredients
- Whole West Peak Chorizo
- Portuguese rolls
- Mixed greens
- Wholegrain mustard
- B-well Smooth Mayonaise
- Butter for the rolls
Method
To braai the Chorizo, place the whole Chorizo on the grid and ‘grill’ both sides for a few minutes to warm it up.
Cut the Portuguese rolls open and toast the rolls on the grid too.
Add wholegrain mustard and mayo with mixed leaves onto the rolls.
Cut the Chorizo in half (side-ways) and place it on a prepared bun.
