Ingredients:
1 x cauliflower – cut into slices
Mixed dried herbs
Nori salt
Butter
30ml bbq sauce
15ml tomato sauce
1 x West Peak Meats bacon pieces – crispy and cooked
1 x cup white cheddar, grated
1 x cup parmesan, grated
Method:
Prepare an oven dish and place the cauliflower slices in the oven dish. Sprinkle the cauliflower with the dried herbs and nori salt. Add a small piece of butter in the centre of each slice and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until slightly brown.
Prepare the bacon pieces and set aside.
Mix the bbq sauce and tomato sauce and set aside.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and spread the bbq mixture on-top of each slice. Add the cheddar, add the bacon and the parmesan. Grill until the cheese is melted and serve immediately.
