BACON, FLAPJACKS AND CHOCOLATE S ‘MORES

Ingredients:
1 pack of West Peak Meats prime cut bacon
Marshmallows
Chocolate (We used Lindt)
Prepared flapjacks

Method:
Place the West Peak Meats prime cut bacon in an oven dish and bake at 200°C until cooked to perfection.

While the bacon cooks, melt the chocolate in a bowl set over hot water.

Prepare the flapjacks and set them aside.

Once the bacon is done, cut the strips in half and return them to the oven dish. Top each half with a marshmallow and grill until the marshmallows are melted and slightly toasted. Keep a close eye on this step, as it happens quickly.
Assemble your creation: spread the melted chocolate on a flapjack, layer with bacon and marshmallow, then top with another flapjack. Repeat this process, finishing with a flapjack and a drizzle of chocolate on top.

The bacon provides the perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the marshmallows, while the chocolate ties it all together. It’s a blend that’s undeniably sweet and absolutely delicious!
