Ingredients:
West Peak Meats bacon pieces – pan-fried until crispy
Cheese sauce (ready-prepared)
For the fries:
3 large potatoes, cut lengthwise into chip slices
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp dried herbs
40g parmesan
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Method:
Soak the sliced potatoes in water for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat your air fryer on 200°C.
Drain the potatoes and toss them with the olive oil, garlic, herbs, Parmesan, salt & pepper. Place the potatoes in the air fryer in a single layer – do not overlap. Air fry for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy to your liking.
Plate the fries, drizzle with cheese sauce, top with the crispy bacon pieces and garnish with freshly chopped spring onion.
